President and Founder Rita Traxler began her career as an electrical engineer working for a video game manufacturer. Providing technical support and service to distributors across the USA, Rita founded Service Central, Inc. in 1984. Today she oversees the sale, service, and on-time delivery of all security locks, carts, and cabinets. Production Manager Bob Traxler was involved with the manufacturing of standard and exotic metal components for the military and aerospace industry for 15 years. At Service Central, Inc. Bob oversees all assembly processes and all on-site installations of security hardware. Bob also interfaces with suppliers. With keen attention to detail, he verifies that products conform to high-performing, preset standards, maintaining Service Central, Inc.’s philosophy of zero tolerance for non-conforming parts.
